FOUNDER OF
MAROON PAWS PET SITTING LLC
Howdy! I’m Kendall Fitzgerald, co-owner of Maroon Paws Pet Sitting LLC and a professional dog trainer through my business, SunnysideK9. My passion for animal care began in my high school's veterinary program (and even before then), and continued through four years as a kennel technician. After moving to College Station, I spent three years with Aggieland Pet Sitting, an award-winning local pet care company, where I cared for pets, conducted client consultations, trained team members, and served as a team lead.
When the business closed, my husband, Lincoln, and I opened Maroon Paws to continue serving the pets and families of Bryan–College Station while building something of our own. Alongside pet care, I help dogs and their owners grow together through personalized dog training. I hold a bachelor’s degree in General Business from Texas A&M University CC and am certified in Pet First Aid and CPR.
Being involved in the community is incredibly important to me. I foster dogs through Zoi’s Animal Rescue, volunteer with the Aggieland Humane Society, and love attending local events simply to enjoy and support the town I call home. Whether I’m training a dog, caring for a client’s pet, helping a foster prepare for a new home, or connecting with others in the community, I believe every animal deserves thoughtful, individualized care.
A team built on compassion and trust.
At Maroon Paws Pet Sitting LLC, compassion guides everything we do, and trust is earned through consistency, clear communication, and care that never feels rushed. Our team is chosen for their dependability, kindness, and respect for every pet’s individual needs. We follow your routines closely, keep you updated, and care for your pets and home as thoughtfully as we would our own.
